The “Lap of the Shipyard” Family Bike Tour
A family-friendly, guided, 1- hour bike tour around Mare Island’s historical sites.
Come pedal through history: the West Coast’s first dry docks, the historic core, the officers mansions, St. Peter’s Chapel, the haunted armory, and more.
This is a beautiful, easy (one hill), 4 mile ride departing three times from PedalFest start/finish on the waterfront. All ages encouraged. Bring your bike, helmet, sunscreen and water.

Registration is required to join. $10 per adult with advanced registration, $5 for ages 10 - 18 - all proceeds benefiting the Mare Island Historic Park Foundation (Museum). Kids under the age of 10 are free.

An all-day, fun-filled bike clinic for kids
We love seeing our kids on the bike. We’re offering a fun-filled clinic - an ongoing, all-day event that is free to all comers. Bring your young ones (14 and under) with their bikes (or we will have some bikes on hand) for inspiration and a few tips from the experts on cycling the dirt, the bumps and the little ramps.
